how it's works
Process
Initial Masterclass Booking
- Begin with a comprehensive masterclass for your team, priced at 1,200 CHF. This includes a complete system demonstration at your location.
Hands-On Training and Support
- Our experts will conduct the masterclass, ensuring your team is proficient with the system. Should you desire, this training can coincide with your inaugural event for a seamless learning experience.
- We can also provide on-site assistance during your first event, ensuring your confidence in managing the system.
Evaluation and Agreement
- After the training, you’ll have the opportunity to validate the experience. If satisfied, you’ll sign a rental agreement to keep the system. If not, we will collect the equipment without further obligation.
Rental Agreement Details
- The first month under the rental agreement is complimentary, followed by a monthly fee of 500 CHF.
- The agreement includes a range of benefits: insurance coverage, ongoing maintenance, live support, spare parts, a replacement machine within 72 hours for non-fixable issues, complimentary software subscriptions, and a free custom frame each month.
This structured process ensures that your team is equipped and your events are supported by the latest in 360° video technology.
